  The hotel offers towels for the beach and also for the pool area and the hotel is near 7eleven and pharmacy as well as restaurants. The cleaning however was under all criticism. They made the beds and refilled water for us but that was all. The water pressure in the shower is also very poorly. Every time we shower the water disappears and then you need to wait to get more water.”

  The beach is about 1km away. In my opinion, it’s nicer than Ao Nang which is always crowded. There is a good restaurant run by an Indian guy, a good massage place and a laundry service place just next to 7/11. The facilities for kids were pretty good (a swimming pool and a small game room) and the gym was small but nice. However, the room was pretty old, and the first night we got a different one from what we had booked- with very little space.

  In both rooms we had ants. The breakfast was ok-ish but most of the stuff available was more dinner like than breakfast. The staff were pretty ok, but sometimes it was hard to communicate with them in English. Also, I didn’t understand why they had to give you a receipt for just taking pool towels. They did help us contact a motorbike rental shop though- the owner was very nice and helpful.”
