Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

This notice covers the Everyday Health Literacy WordPress blog at wooooju.com. It explains information involved in reading pages, leaving comments and using the third-party services described below. Other websites, including tools on subdomains, may provide their own privacy notices.

Reading the site and technical requests

Public articles can be read without creating a reader account. The hosting service and WordPress may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time to deliver pages and operate the site. External services receive requests when their scripts or images are loaded.

Comments and feedback

If you submit a WordPress comment, the site processes the comment text, name, email address and optional website you enter. Your displayed name, comment and website may appear publicly if the comment is published. The email field is not displayed with the published comment. Avoid including health records, contact details or other private information in the comment text.

The comment form offers a checkbox to save your name, email and website in this browser for a later comment. You can leave it unchecked and can clear saved site data through your browser. Comment records and information used to administer them are handled through the site’s WordPress installation.

Google services

Pages currently include the Google tag and Google AdSense code. Loading or using Google services can send information such as the page URL and IP address to Google and may involve cookies or similar technologies. Processing and ad personalization depend on the service configuration and relevant choices; a script being present does not establish that an advertisement was shown.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can review Google advertising preferences through Google Ad Settings. Browser cookie controls and Google ad settings affect different parts of data use and do not necessarily stop every network request.

Profile images and external links

Some pages load profile images from Gravatar. Your browser contacts that service to retrieve the image; its information handling is described in Automattic’s Privacy Policy. Following an external source or commercial link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.

Your choices and questions

You can avoid submitting optional comments, leave the comment-details checkbox unchecked, and review or clear cookies and site storage using your browser. If a consent message is presented, use its available controls to review your choices.

For a question or a request concerning a comment, use the available routes on our Contact and Corrections page. Identify the relevant page or comment without posting private account details in a public comment. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your own information before making a change.

This notice may change when the site’s features or service configuration change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.
