Guest Reviews..

Guest reviews provide valuable insights into the guest experience at these hotels. Below is a summary of guest feedback:

Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa

Reviews consistently praise the Hyatt Regency Naha for its excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and convenient location near Kokusai Street and transportation options. The breakfast buffet, featuring Okinawan specialties, receives frequent commendation.

Guests appreciate the attentive staff and overall positive experience.

  • “Spacious, comfortable rooms with attentive staff providing excellent service. Convenient location near Kokusai Street and transportation options. Rich, satisfying breakfast including Okinawa delicacies.”
  • “Situated right in the middle.

Easily accessible. Room was clean and cosy. Staff were friendly and approachable.”

  • “The room is very nice and the service is the best.

    We will stay again.”

  • “It was a great trip; everyone in my family loved it. Even my nephew enjoyed it a lot.”
  • “Very convenient location (near Kokusai Road), with helpful and polite staff. Unique experience of using the indoor whirlpool bath and a car lift to park my rental car too!”
  • “Enjoyed staying in Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa with the family.

Booked 2 rooms, interconnecting rooms with the children. Very cosy, good.”

Loisir Hotel Naha

Guest reviews of the Loisir Hotel Naha are more mixed. While some appreciate the extensive amenities (restaurants, convenience store, hot springs), others mention that the facilities might seem somewhat outdated.

The hotel’s location and the availability of hot springs are frequently noted.

  • “The hotel provides good facilities, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location, and excellent service. However, the summary doesn’t include any disadvantages.”
  • “This is a fancy hotel with lots of facilities. In addition to restaurants, it has a 7/11 and souvenir shop within.

There is an outdoor swimming pool (closed when we were there), and an indoor swimming pool (we used this instead), indoor and outdoor hot springs.”

  • “Facilities and rooms are a bit rundown. The receptionist tried to sell us to upgrade to better rooms at check in. The Annex is quite far from the main building and has its own entrance after check in.

The outdoor swimming pool was closed and the indoor pool is very small. The hot spring was small but okay; they have the free one (comes with the room) and another hot spring that’s probably better. Overall it’s quite old and far from the town center.

We’re okay as we’re driving. Parking is not free and 1800yen per day.”

  • “How come we need to pay a parking fee while we stay, and the charge is way too high comparatively? All the power parking spaces were occupied.”
  • “Very clean room with a wide range of foods for breakfast.

The onsen was too crowded late at night.”

  • “Super cozy.”

Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha

Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha receives largely positive reviews. Guests consistently praise its excellent location near the monorail and Don Quijote, spacious and clean rooms, and in-room laundry facilities. The breakfast buffet and convenient access to transportation and shopping are also frequently highlighted.

  • “The Okinawa buffet breakfast impresses with variety and sea view.

Spacious, clean rooms with sea views and friendly staff. Convenient location near airport and Monorail station. State-of-the-art facilities and cleanliness praised.”

  • “Superb location.

Room is spacious and clean. Staffs were great as well.”

  • “Super great and convenient location, just a step to the monorail station. Have laundry inside the room.

Donki is right under the building, so you would not be missed for food or souvenirs. But a bit noisy at night because you would hear people racing.”

  • “Repeated booking with Tokyu Stay Hotels, and this time for our Okinawa stay. Room is modern looking and clean, and perfect for our family of 3, with an 11yo kid.

Room size is perfect even with 1 large, 1 medium and 1 cabin sized luggages – no issue opening all for packing. Love and appreciate the washer + dryer, they do provide laundry detergent as well. Room also has a dehumidifier machine which helped with drying some of the clothes that aren’t suitable for machine dryer.

Breakfast restaurant (with the river view) and its spread is good too, but do go earlier. Location is not too bad, parking is available below the hotel (payable at extra cost), and there is also a Donki within the same building. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

    Highly recommend!”

  • “Fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the monorail, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. And the cherry on top?

Don Quijote (Donki) is literally right below the hotel! Midnight shopping, anyone? It’s perfect for those late-night cravings or last-minute shopping sprees.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and amenities. 4 stars and can’t wait to come back!”

  • “Very good location, and on the top of Donki, you can buy anything at midnight.”
