My recent trip to Ghana provided the opportunity to explore several coastal resorts. This report details my experiences at three distinct establishments, highlighting their individual strengths and weaknesses.
Booking was straightforward, and the online imagery accurately reflected the resort’s location near Ghana Gas Ltd, offering a peaceful yet convenient setting. Rooms were comfortable and clean, many featuring sea views and balconies. The resort’s proximity to a pristine beach was a major plus. However, the early check-out time (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM) and additional breakfast charges (clearly stated in their policy) impacted the overall value.

Seeking more budget-conscious options, I visited Venice View Beach Resort and Tenack Beach Resort & Hotel. Venice View offered a charming bed and breakfast experience at an attractive price point. A welcome feature was the allowance of pets, and the included continental breakfast was a delightful addition. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. In contrast, Tenack Beach Resort & Hotel provided a more traditional hotel experience, conveniently located near Beyin Beach.
The beachfront outdoor restaurant was a highlight, although some guests reported maintenance issues within their rooms.
